Most of our projects are individual homes. We don't carry a range of cookie cutter plans like the major project companies. We reckon everyone should have the chance to have something individual. That said, most of our clients are folks with average incomes. Therefore we offer a cost effective design service through an associate of the company. Plans can be prepared to a predetermined level and cost before any commitment is required to proceed to build. We are happy to price your project from your plans too.

The Company has been recognised on numerous occasions in the Master Builders Association (MBA) annual Building Excellence Awards.

A select group of suppliers are used to source our supplies and these businesses share our commitment to personal service and care. Anderson personally supervises construction and takes care to ensure structural work is of a high standard. Likewise finishing carpentry must be of a high order. Workers are trained to achieve a high standard in their trade and take great pride in their achievements.
